DESCRIPTION: For the last 7 years, our Veterans Gratitude Week classes have been a huge success! You have donated nearly $2000 to supporting our veterans. This year, the tradition continues with the option to participate online and in person. Class will include gentle movement, restorative postures, and an extended savasana - integration posture - from the comfort of your home!
