Slow Flow is a meditative practice that links Yoga postures and mindful breath work, helping students move into the deeper states of stillness suitable for meditation. This is a slower paced flow class, suitable for all levels of experience. Slow Flow practice is the perfect antidote to vata dosha disturbances that accompany fall and winter here in Minnesota, easing anxiety, improving sleep and increasing focus. Begins 9/8/20

Through practice and creative play, students ages 9-12 will learn Yoga postures, breathing, and meditation techniques that will help them develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and improved physical health. Class is suitable for students of all abilities.

Class is suitable for people who are in good health, and have taken Yoga classes for at least one year consistently.Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and playful style of Yoga that syncs heat building postures and breath work. Students build flexibility, strength, and calm confidence as they move through the practice, which will include inversions and arm balances, as well as more advanced meditation techniques.  Begins 9/10/20
