Slow Flow is a meditative practice that links Yoga postures and mindful breath work, helping students move into the deeper states of stillness suitable for meditation. This is a slower paced flow class, suitable for all levels of experience. Slow Flow practice is the perfect antidote to vata dosha disturbances that accompany fall and winter here in Minnesota, easing anxiety, improving sleep and increasing focus. Begins 9/8/20
