DESCRIPTION: Tina will be leading us through our Reiki Class.
Reiki Explore Restore is a relaxing yoga class that combines restorative yoga poses, reiki master energy, and sound healing with crystal bowls to offer you a rejuvenating and reinvigorating experience for your body, mind, & spirit. 
Reiki (ray-key) is a multi-faceted spiritual energy that can be used to help people with meditation practices, spiritual growth, healing relationships, the manifestation of goals and activating the Divine healing power within all living beings.
You will leave this class feeling recharged & with the skills to recharge yourself. 
 
Tina is a yoga teacher and Reiki Master and will lead us through a relaxing 75min yoga class that includes reiki & sound therapy. 
 
*Suggested Yoga supports needed: Yoga mat, blankets, two pillows or bolster, two yoga blocks, journal & pencil for notes if needed.
