The spring and summer bring powerful growth energy to the atmosphere around us. Together, we will use this energy to amplify our hopes & intentions. During our class we will begin to get clear on what our goals and intentions are, before we start to practice manifesting our dreams into reality 
Suggested Yoga supports needed: 
Yoga mat, blankets, two pillows or bolster, two yoga blocks & comfortable clothing.
