DESCRIPTION: In the Healthy Habits Challenge 2.0, we’re asking you to prioritize healthy habits for 5 weeks. These habits don&#039;t have to take long, but they&#039;ll make a big difference! The challenge runs from October 29 - December 2.

Here&#039;s how it works!

Every day, for 5 weeks, I want you to:
- Drink 3L of water
- Eat 100g of protein
- Get 10,000 steps
- Eat 5 different vegetables
- Do 5 minutes of mindfulness
+ 4 EMOM workouts every week (25min each, you pick the day)

You will receive weekly emails, every Sunday, that include all 4 workouts for the week + a little inspiration to keep you on track.
