Join us as we celebrate this auspicious time of year and set our intentions for abundance and joy. Step into the next chapter of your journey to more joy, happiness, connection, and anything else your heart desires! 
During our practice together, we will get clear about our hopes, dreams, and intentions, & prepare to plant some seeds of hope for the year 
Sound healing with crystal bowls & hands-on mini-reiki treatments during meditations will be offered, blankets and pillows encouraged for comfort during meditations and sound bath
You will leave this class feeling recharged & rejuvenated and ready for whatever your heart desires 
Suggested Yoga supports needed: 
Yoga mat, blankets, two pillows or bolster, two yoga blocks & comfortable clothing
