This week's strong and energising flow with Ang is designed to build resilience and challenge you, but still light hearted and encouraging. There is no expectation to be 'strong' or do handstands with your little finger - just to play with pushing past your existing boundaries and discover what might be possible. 

A balanced class for athletes of any kind or those just seeking the burn in a fun environment. 

Far from traditional but with the core fundamentals of yoga practice at the heart of each class.

This is an in-studio class. Please bring your own mat, water bottle, towel etc. Please help us to keep everyone safe by following our Covid-19 safety procedures.
