DESCRIPTION: Join us for a gentle morning flow of Open Air Yoga in the meadow at LION YOGA. 

Please bring your own mat (we do have spares) and be prepared to practise in the open air in our grassy meadow. You will probably want to bring some warm clothes and a blanket so you don't get chilly. 

This class is suitable for all levels and the focus is on feeling good and being together!
