During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to discover the fundamental principles of Ayurveda, understand your unique mind-body constitution, and learn practical tips to incorporate Ayurvedic practices into your daily life.

The workshop leader is Ayurveda practitioner and Yoga Therapist, Sara Palmer. She will guide you through various topics such as Ayurvedic diet, herbal remedies, yoga, meditation, and self-care routines especially for your individual mind-body constitution. You'll gain insights into how Ayurveda can help you manage stress, improve digestion, boost immunity, and enhance overall vitality.

Whether you're new to Ayurveda or have some prior knowledge, this event is suitable for everyone interested in holistic wellness. Come and join us for an enlightening and interactive session that will empower you to take charge of your health naturally.

Sara is an Ayurveda practitioner and course leader, and long-time Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist. She is passionate about the power of Yoga and Ayurveda combined to balance and strengthen the whole person, body-mind-spirit. She has studied with leading figures in the world of Ayurveda and generously shares all she has learned in workshops and courses.

When not teaching or in clinic, Sara loves cooking, writing, and heading out for long walks with her lovely Spanish rescue dog.
