New to yoga? Want to try a slow class? Then you’re in the right place and that’s always a good start!

Our weekly gentle exploratory classes, guided by Sharon, will provide you with direction and support as you move into postures and feel the benefits that yoga provides.

Not only can you expect to improve your functional movement but yoga can also help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your sleep patterns and aiding in relaxation; benefitting physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.

The course is open to all ages, shapes and sizes. You certainly don't need to be able to touch your toes to come and join the fun!

This class will get your core, upper body and lower body feeling pumped up in an upbeat and fun way to make you feel good in your skin before chilling out with restorative poses and mellow beats.

Expect to connect to your inner and outer strength as you orchestrate your way into lunges, squats and funky poses for the core before getting down on the ground and slowing down.

This is an in-studio class, suitable for all levels.

Gently explore the ways that the body can move through space by finding freedom, curiosity and ease.

Suitable for all abilities, this is a gentle class, focusing on your body, breath and mind.

This is an online class. You will just need a mat and any props you might find useful - eg blocks or a blanket. A water bottle and something warm for relaxation is a really good idea too.

Join Ang for this strong and energising flow, designed to build resilience and challenge you, but still light hearted and encouraging. There is no expectation to be 'strong' or do handstands with your little finger - just to play with pushing past your existing boundaries and discover what might be possible.
