A compassionate morning yoga flow.
Gently awaken the body through a series of fluid movement and mild stretches.
The class will open, lengthen and release those tight spots in your body and prepare you for the day ahead.
Class ends with relaxation and is suitable for beginners.

This is an in-studio class. Please bring your own mat. You might want to bring yoga blocks and a blanket for relaxation.

We ask you to wear a mask until you reach your mat, sanitise your hands when coming in and out of the studio, and maintain social distancing at all times between you and other students and teachers.
