An uplifting, playful Vinyasa flow to shake up your working week. An intermediate practice with plenty of options and a chance to challenge yourself before ending with more restorative postures to leave you feeling energised and refreshed.

A compassionate morning yoga flow in a Vinyasa style. Awaken the body through a series of fluid movements and deep stretches. This class will open, lengthen and release those tight spots in your body and prepare you for the day ahead.

This is a mixed ability class. A regular yoga practice is recommended. Class ends with blissful relaxation to leave you feeling amazing!

Rhi's classes are always well planned and full of variety, you never know what you are going to get! The sequences are suitable for a wide spectrum of abilities as they generally get steadily more challenging as the class progresses so you always have the choice to stay with the previous option and work at your level.

It may feel like a challenge to begin with, but focus and stamina build over time along with your belief and confidence in your mind and body. If you’re a little uncomfortable with the traditional style yoga class then this might be the one for you.

But don’t be fearful of other yogis powering through, there’s no place for egos at LION classes and there is zero pressure to meet any expectations.

There’ll be a bit of sweat and some offbeat tunes and always a little peaceful savasana to end.

Julia is a Yoga Medicine teacher, with more than 1000 hours of yoga teacher training and almost 20 years of teaching experience. She guides her students through an eclectic fusion of different yoga styles, with an emphasis on correction and alignment.
