DESCRIPTION: Bring a cuppa to your mat, let's chill and chat and talk s ome interesting facts. We will see what Early Summer has in store for us, how we should change up our routine and approach and then we'll breathe, we'll move and we'll finish with some very chilled out Yin and a relaxation! 

As I've ran my workshops before, you book and then pay whatever you want AFTER the workshop is done. I feel this is a fair approach - I don't like anyone left behind! 
If you can't afford to pay, then it's all good. No questions asked. If you feel someone you know is in need of joining in and can't pay, no questions asked.
