Anyone welcome - bring a mat! 

*if you book the parent + child option (up to 15 years old) you must email me so I can add TWO spaces to the class, ie you and your child, instead of only the one booking / mat space, which the register will do.* 

This is the IN PERSON STUDIO booking option! If you fancy joining online - book the other ONLINE option. :) 

**If you cancel your place on the day of class, payment must be made in full.** Most studios ask for 24 hours notice and subsequent payment, but I'm only asking for on the day, I hope you understand :-)


Be you a novice or a more advanced mover, you're more than welcome here. :-) 

My classes are light-hearted and fun - none too serious! - and as challenging as you wish them to be. The pace is your own. 

Men/women/teenagers all welcome. 

**If you purchase a 4 or 10 class pass, please manually book yourself into all classes. This pass must be used within 1 month (4 class pass).**
