A light-hearted, fun yoga class in Glasgow's Southside. 

Enjoy an hour of yoga flow, breathing techniques and relaxation with yoga teacher, Lisa Cunningham. 

Class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Please bring a mat along with you, if possible - and some water! 

**If you purchase a 4-class pass, please manually book yourself into all 4 classes. This pass must be used within 4 weeks and is interchangeable between all of my classes listed - Newlands, Bishopbriggs and Kilmarnock.** (not valid for any Glasgow University classes.)
