DESCRIPTION: An after work yoga session in the heart of Glasgow's city centre - every Wednesday evening! 

Located in the gorgeous new COLAB venue on Sauchiehall Street, it's a brilliant location to get your workout in before you head on home!  

Enjoy an hour of yoga flow, breathing techniques and relaxation with yoga teacher Lisa Cunningham before ending your session with a delicious fresh juice from Kohi. 

Class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Please bring a mat along with you, if possible.
