DESCRIPTION: A lovely wee buggy fit class at Garscube Sports Complex for new (and maybe not so new!) parents!
This class isn't only for mammas - mamma's friends, dads, aunties, uncles, grandparents and minders - feel welcome too!
If you want to come along with your friend who does have a child in a buggy and you don't - cool! You're welcome :-)
On days when the weather is nice we'll take advantage of the gorgeous surroundings at the complex and head outdoors for some fresh air, power walking (no running!), some body-weight exercises specific to your individual needs and some light weight lifting (1-3kg!)
Should the weather not be so kind we have the luxury of heading indoors for our session too and we've had some fantastic circuit sessions on these occasions.
Sessions are 45-60 minutes long.
Plenty of free parking available at the complex.
£6 drop-in or £25 for 5-week block (£20 for members)
