DESCRIPTION: We usually have a wee relaxing Yin Yoga Workshops at this time of year, so what's to stop us?! I want you to gather ALL the comfy things in your house, get in your comfy clothes or, heck, stay in your pyjamas, pour yourself a cuppa and lets get on the mat and chill the feck oot!
I appreciate this time of year is stressful, hence why I am continuing to offer classes and workshops to keep us going.
