Let's get our butts on the mat, bring a cuppa. We'll learn some cool stuff about Spring in relation to the body, we'll move, revitalise ourselves as we come out of winter hibernation mode, finish with a wee bit of Yin/Yoga Nidra and be on our merry way before lunchtime! 

As always with my workshops, pay what you wish, it's all good. :) 
If you're having a particularly difficult month financially but still want involved, then please join in. Nae worries at all.
