The Rocket Yoga is deeply rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga Yoga systems; where the Ashtanga Yoga follows a specific sequence of poses known as the traditional Ashtanga series, the Rocket Yoga will take a more creative approach to the series, making the practice more accessible always answering the needs of the practitioners in terms of strength and flexibility.
