This week Theme: Conscious Healing 

Healing can take many forms and during today’s class, we will bring a special focus on our own sensations, leading us to making conscious choices. The practice of yoga is a caring practice, not only for the self, but for the collectivity : and if we learn how to better listen to
ourselves better, we will become better listeners to others as well. That way, we can create a more compassionate world, inside out. We will then finish our practice on the kind and gentle notes of a guided meditation.

And here is our Sunday Flow! Every Sunday, to end your week in style, one of our teachers in residence will offer you a nice Sunday flow, around a theme that particularly touches them. This class will be a creative vinyasa, blending strength-work, flexibility, fluidity, always in the signature style of the teacher who will be guiding the practice that day.
