We will begin softly, move gently, and let go completely.
This special class pairs a gentle yoga practice with a traditional Yoga Nidra, a guided journey through the layers of awareness toward Chidakasha, the inner sky where thoughts dissolve and presence deepens naturally.
We begin with mindful movement to prepare the body and quiet the mind. Then we descend together into Yoga Nidra: guided through breath, body sensation, and sound into a state of conscious rest that is neither sleep nor ordinary wakefulness. A place where the body restores, the mind releases, and something quieter rises.
No experience needed. Just an open heart and the willingness to arrive.
