DESCRIPTION: Come join us for the third round of Holy Hips; a yoga and somatics workshop inspired by Embodied Flow principles integrating mindful movement and Tantric philosophy to evoke your sensual energy. This will be the final offering of this workshop until mid 2025.

This women’s workshop will be led by Filipina meditation guide & yoga teacher, Jof Sering. She will share practical tools to support you in easing pelvic pain and increasing emotional and bodily awareness. She will also share practices to help you embrace your sensual energy as well as release lower back tension.
