DESCRIPTION: Hatha flow allows oneself to interlace the breath, movement and stillness. Moving through dynamic flows and holding the pose longer to allow time for the mind to settle, and the effects of the asana to be felt. As we practice the connection of the breath and movement, it allows us cultivate awareness to the present, the body and the mind.

This class is open level but is recommended for beginning practitioners looking to build their asana foundations.
