DESCRIPTION: This offering is a special offering to support you in entering into the new year with clarity and intention. It is part of ‘Becoming : A New Year’s Yoga Journey’.

 Yoga nidra is a completely guided meditation which allows us to deeply rest in a state between sleep and wakefulness. It is practiced lying down in savasana position with additional props provided. 

This is also an accessible meditation for anyone with limited mobility or issues with traditional sitting meditations.

This class is open level and welcomes beginning practitioners as well as intermediate practitioners.
