DESCRIPTION: We invite you to join us for the very first yoga class for children at the shala led by experienced teacher and experienced mumma, Nicole. 

Teacher Nicole will share a fun and age-appropriate class for 30-45 minutes after which banana bread snacks will be shared. Please inform us of any food allergies or if your child is not permitted to partake in the snack time for any reason.

Guidelines for Class 

1. Children must be aged 3-6 to attend. 
2. Children must have previous experience of being in a class & be able to participate in class without special assistance from a parent or guardian.
3. Guardians must drop off children before 10AM (5-10 minutes before) and pick up children between 10.45 to 11AM. 
4. As suggested by Teacher Nicole, only children and the teacher will be present inside the practice area..
