DESCRIPTION: For me, Yoga is a practice of empowerment. My teaching focuses on empowering people to feel into their own bodies, sense into their mind and connect deeply with spirit.

I am an experienced teacher, teaching in studios, community, corporate and privately since 2014. I am a dedicated practitioner, as well extensive training with some of the most established and renowned teachers in the world (Sadhguru, Ana Forrest, Jambo Dragon, Finlay Wilson), I continue to practice and build on thousands of hours of self practice and study.

All of my classes are taught from experience and from the heart. I use intelligent sequencing and mindful focused themes so students can leave a class with something new to think about or something new to feel!
