DESCRIPTION: Imbolg is here; our ancient pagan festival celebrating the first signs of Spring and the time to honour our beloved Goddess Brighid. Brighid is our matron Goddess of healing, poetry, arts and crafts, medicine and of Spring time. We all know of some of her stories and she performed many miracles including turning water into beer. She is also strongly associated with fire and is regarded as a guardian of the home so be sure to light a few candles for her and cheers her with a beer over the coming days. The Sun is half way between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox now and Imbolg is celebrated on Feb 1st and 2nd so this weeks classes will be for Brighid. Her energy fuels our inspiration and creativity. Healing was another of her attributes. Brighid is within us all, she is deep in our souls so this week we really tune inwards, listen to ourselves and see what happens.

Join us tonight for a Yin Yoga practise and a guided journey to meet the Goddess. We will then all create a Brigids cross out of reeds
