Come and join us for an evening exploring the benefits of drumming on mental and physical wellbeing.

Sound is beneficial to the physical body as well as balancing the emotions and calming the mind awareness. 

No experience is necessary. ALL WELCOME. Drums and other percussion instruments are provided although you are also welcome to bring your own.


We sit in a circle and play drums and/or hand percussion instruments to collaborate and create in the moment beats.
