Cacao is an ancient plant medicine with its origins dating back thousands of years to the Mayan culture of Central and South America.
Cacao has traditionally been used for spiritual, medicinal and ceremonial purposes for inner awakening and creative guidance.

In this Ceremony, we will be connecting with the medicine of Cacao to open our hearts and listen to its whispers. This Ceremony will focus on a loving kindness meditation to expand the heart energy. 
Chocolate is synonymous with Valentines Day- so we will also learn about how any why this association is made.
