Having studied and practiced both yin yoga and myo-fascial release techniques separately for many years, putting them together is a perfect combination to work both the muscular and fascial systems, ironing out any stuckness to create more space and freedom in the body and mind. Combining roll and release techniques with the deep long held postures of Yin yoga helps to free your movement limitations while developing muscular flexibility as well as increasing circulation and mobility in your joints. This myo-yin fusion will help to relieve muscular aches and pains allowing you to move more freely, expanding your range of motion and promoting the free flow of energy through the whole body.

This class is for all levels and ideal for anyone looking to unwind, release and let go of tension and tightness from the body. Practicing these techniques will also help to prevent injury and reduce pain while increasing range of movement and aiding recovery. We combine Yin yoga postures with myofascial release techniques using balls and then we soften and breathe space into our bodies as we unravel, release and let go of tension in our tissues. You will experience blissful sensations as we rebound between each posture stimulating and promoting freedom in the meridian channels of energy as well as the myofascial anatomy trains in the body.
