DESCRIPTION: Kids yoga classes with Bridget are so much fun and filled with building important tools that children can carry with them including increased body awareness, strength, flexibility, coordination. Children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques as well ad learning calming and emotional regulation skills through relaxation exercises.

Bridget is an experienced and knowledgeable yoga teacher teaching beginners to advanced practitioners of yoga and specialising in prenatal yoga and kids yoga. She works from her home studio and guest teachers here at the Secret Garden.
