The new moon is a time when your intuition is high and energy levels are low. It’s a time to het into the yin zone and turn your attention inwards. A new moon is also the most powerful time to set an intention (sankalpa) so i will guide you through a yoga nidra to come to a deeply relaxed place where the receptivity of the mind is heightened and there you will plant your intention.
