DESCRIPTION: Descending into Samhain, the season of the ancestors. A time to slow down and connect to their wisdom which we carry in our bones. It's a time to ground, to dream and create space for ourselves declutter our minds. We enter a place of being so present where we listen deeply within to our inner world

We arrive in circle to open our heart and settle in with a warm cup of cacao. Then we connect to the wisdom of the crone beginning with a guided meditation and card reading followed by dream catcher making weaving threads of wisdom into our branches. You then be guided through an embodied yin practice combining breath, meditation, visualisation finishing with a jouney meditation to meet the ancestors and connect to your dreams.
