Opening Hours vary each week however we have numerous classes running daily six to seven days a week. Group classes and private classes operating all day.

Yoga mats and props including weights for strength classes are provided and sanitised after each class. You can bring your own mat and props if you prefer.

Free Parking. We accept no responsibility to loss or damage to vehicles parked at The Secret Garden.

Public Toilet on Site and hand washing.
