Always curious about the mechanics of the body and how the body works, Liam discovered breath work and tapped into a whole new world and he believes everyone should learn how to tap into their body and mind through breath work which can alleviate every day life stresses, grief, trauma, anxiety, boosts your energy and know how to control your body and mind by simply breathing. Liam has studied the ancient techiques of pranayama in yoga as well as the techniques and works of modern master and he is a certified yoga breath-work instructor with the International Yoga Alliance and an Advanced Oxygen Advantage breath instructor.
Join Liam and Niamh for an outdoor retreat in nature on the Hook Peninsula. Starting bright and early at 8am on Baginbun beach for an all levels flow class with Niamh followed by a delicious beach picnic and drinks after class.

We then head for Hook Lighthouse to take a guided walking tour with Liam around the 6km loop stopping along the way for a guided breath-work session on the rocks and possible dip in the sea if the tides allow.
We arrive back at Hook Lighthouse for Lunch on the lawn together.

8am Yoga on Baginbun
9:30am Beach picnic breakfast
10:30am Hike the Hook walking tour
2pm Lunch at Hook Lighthouse

*Lunch will be our favorite falafels and salad wrap served with chips and water. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements or wish to request something different.
