This is a follow on from the Breathe Easy 1 workshop where we learnt about our natural breath and how to breath effortlessly and optimally.

In Breathe Easy 2, we now learn specific yogic breathing techniques (pranayama) to help to refine our breathing skills and maximise our energy, focus and lifeforce.

Topics Covered:
~ Learn effective breathing techniques (pranayama) such as:
~ Slow breathing techniques (Nadi Shodhana, Brahmari, Ujjayi)
~ Breathing Less (Ratio breathing)
~ Fast breathing techniques (Kapilabhati, Bhastrika)
~ Fine tune your skills in pranayama through longer practices
~ Understand the yogic view of energy/prana
~Learn safe breath retention
~How to use mantra during pranayama

NOTE: Breathe Easy 1 is a pre-requisite for this workshop, UNLESS you already have a regular pranayama practice and you can jump straight into this course.
