Link: Your Zoom link will be sent to you 30 minutes before each class, it will be the same link each time.

☼ WHAT TO HAVE?
-Find a clear space to practice. 
-Have a yoga/exercise mat or towel.
-Blanket. 
-If you have a yoga block, that’s great, but it’s not essential. 
-You’re welcome to have water or anything else that helps you feel at ease. 

☼ WHAT TO WEAR?
-You can wear pajamas, exercise clothes, anything you feel comfortable moving in. 

☼ WHAT TO EXPECT?
-Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your mat after some time away, this class is for you! We’ll meet once a week to build your yoga practice in a supportive and accessible way.

☼ WHAT ARE THE CLASSES?
-These classes are based on Hatha yoga- which means we’ll move with awareness that focuses on connecting breath with movement, building strength, improving flexibility and calming the mind.

☼ HAVEN'T TRIED YOGA OR IT'S BEEN A WHILE?
-No experience is needed, just a willingness to show up for yourself! 

☼ MY STUDY
-As part of my yoga teacher diploma, I am collecting case studies. I’ll send a short form during the last 5 minutes of the final class, your feedback will really help with my final assessment and ongoing development as a teacher. I truly appreciate your time and support!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
-Each class must be paid in full before you start a class.
-If you cancel more than 48 hours before your class begins you will receive a full refund. 
-If you cancel 48 hours or less you will not receive a refund.
-If a class/classes are cancelled for any reason you will receive a full refund in credit or to your bank account.
-No cash refunds
