This class will give you the best of both worlds: the strength and heat plus the movement and flow of Vinyasa. 

This experience adds strength and balance with stretch, sweat, and reset with dynamic fusion that blends the rsequence of Hot26 yoga with fact-paced, fluid Vinyasa power flow.  This class keeps you moving, challenges your body, and leaves you feeling amazing.   

The room is heated to 95-101 degrees paired with 50% humidity.
