DESCRIPTION: As the year reaches its quietest moment, the winter solstice invites us into a natural pause, a still point before the gradual return of light.  

This special 75-minute class honors that shift with a grounding blend of movement and rest.  

We'll begin with a slow, steady flow to warm the body and release tension.  From there, we'll settle into calming yin postures that encourage softness and spaciousness. The practice closes with a nourishing Yoga Nidra designed to support deep relation and a reflective transition into winter.
