HOT Sculpt , similar to Inferno Hot Pilates, is a high-intensity, low-impact workout, incorporates Pilates principles and is designed to be a full-body, challenging, and sweat-inducing experience to help build strength and core stability. 
The room is set at 95 + degrees to help loosen muscles and go deeper into the practice. Great for all fitness levels.
