Gentle Fusion Flow is a gentler version of our Hot Fusion Flow class tailored to the beginner Yogi, but truly an all-levels class! It is a blend of Vinyasa flow and classic Hatha poses designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Gentle classes are performed without heat.
