Rachel is a certified group fitness instructor. She has always had an interest in fitness, movement, and wellness, beginning with dance, tumble, and cheer at a young age. Since becoming a mom, she has discovered her passion for empowering individuals of all fitness levels and abilities. Rachel is a former elementary school teacher with many years of experience meeting the needs of a wide variety of learners.

Join Rachel for a high energy sculpt + stretch class! This class will address full body strength + stretching with the addition of hand weights. Inspired by Pilates, yoga, and strength training practices, participants will leave feeling balanced and empowered.

Barbara completed her 200-hour YTT in 2019 and has her 200 RYT certification with Yoga Alliance, but her “real” training goes back several years as she practiced + learned from the best of the best in the St. Louis area where she worked at the time. Barbara holds a B.S. degree in Education, Training & Development from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and has worked in the radiology field as an MRI, x-ray, and mammography technologist for the past 35 years.

INFERNO Hot Pilates is a high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) with Pilates principles. It is a fantastic complement to your yoga practice and we are confident you will love it! It is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. IHP strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout.
