What is mindfulness meditation? How can it help me be more present and feel more happy and content? Do I need to sit or stand a certain way? Why do people use their breath as a focus point.
A lot of people have heard of mindfulness meditation and that it can help us to navigate the modern world being more balanced and happy. How does it do that and how will it work for me? This short introduction will get you started in mindfulness meditation and give you a foundation for setting up your own practise and how to deal with common obstacles.
The course is best taken as a such, with attendance to all 4 classes, but we understand life happens and you may choose to attend just 1 or a few classes. You’ll be asked to try and meditate for 5-15 minutes daily during the course
