A slower-paced yoga class with a healing orientation, these classes include a safe; gentle approach to strengthening the body.

All curious mindful movers are welcome!

Please preregister

Payment is by donation, you will receive an invitation by email after class to donate. Please pay what you feel you are able to, all are welcome.

If it is raining class will not happen that week.  We will cancel class by 4pm if the weather isn't conductive to yoga in the park.

Please wear layers and weather-appropriate clothing and bring something to practice on; a mat or other comfortable surface to lay down on.
