All curious mindful movers are welcome!

Please preregister 

Payment is by donation, you will receive an invitation by email after class to donate. Please pay what you feel you are able to, all are welcome.

If it is raining class will not happen that week. 

Please wear layers and weather-appropriate clothing and bring something to practice on; a mat or other comfortable surface to lay down on.

Location: Genesee Park: N.E. corner of 43rd and Genesee. Grassy area within trees - look for purple flag that will mark our spot!
