DESCRIPTION: ONLINE option of the hybrid class that offers both in-person and online options for the same class. If you would like to register for the online class, register on the class schedule for the in-person option.

Restorative yoga is a restful, gentle, 60-minute practice where students hold poses for longer periods of time. The use of props like bolsters, blocks, straps, pillows, and blankets help support students to stay in place and relax. It emphasizes meditation and a deep, calming yoga practice.
Preregistration required - space is limited.
