DESCRIPTION: Come for yoga to mark the Winter Solstice. It is a time for re-awakening our hearts, returning to longer days and welcoming more light. We will celebrate with rejuvenating gentle yoga, relaxation, breath work, sound bath and meditation.

It is a perfect way to start the season. Registered Yoga Teachers Reese McGillie & Stephen Hartnett will lead you through a live, 2-hour workshop on Saturday, December 16, 4:00-6:00 pm at the Columbia City Healing Space. 

Sliding Scale $25/$30/$35 per person
Pre-registration required. 

Payments can be made by Venmo or Zelle. Cash accepted in person.
