DESCRIPTION: Critical Alignment Therapy classes are 60 minutes. The focus is on restoring: rehabilitation and finding space and movement again. The elements of relaxation and focussing on the spine with Critical Alignment Techniques are the same as regular classes. We do not however do complex yoga postures which may be too difficult or even harmful if you are rehabilitating and/or have back and or joint problems. Book your private intake and join the small group classes.
